JWST download

I am trying to download images from a shared region of the sky by JWST and HST. While HST images are download it without problems, the same is not true for JWST ones. When I try to download the JWST images, I select them and it never starts the download, the webpage starts thinking and eventually produces an error message.

Hi,

Many thanks for letting us know! Our European JWST archive was temporarily unavailable, hence why the downloads were not working via ESASky.

It's up and running again, therefore, you should be able to download JWST data via ESASky once again. Please let us know if you're still seeing issues.
