A patch release of ESASky has been performed and the upload target list functionality should be working again (please refresh ESASky and try it). Again, apologies for this bug, it was related to an issue following the latest hardware upgrades.

Data from the James Webb Space Telescope can be accessed in ESASky via the images and spectra buttons (in the top left of the application). Background skies (HiPS) from Webb can be found in the skies button (top left) and to help you find the data, a target list with the Webb Early Release Targets can be found in the targets list (the 'scroll' icon in the search field, and additionally in Explorer mode, in the top left icon).

We indeed had an issue with our automatic ingestion. This has now been fixed and you can find the CoRoT-9 data in ESASky.

Thanks for letting us know. The CHEOPS API was updated recently by the mission, so we'll investigate where the issue is coming from, but you're correct, it looks like we should have this public data in ESASky by now.

Apologies for the delay in replying (Summer holidays).
I'm not sure what this is, it could be instrumental, perhaps it's some instrumental affect that has been removed from the image by a processing pipeline and now appears dark? The colour image you see in the background of ESASky comes from the second Digitized Sky Survey (DSS2), which is a digitized version of several photographic surveys of the sky, produced by the Space Telescope Science Institute between 1983 and 2006. Or perhaps you are correct, and it is a text mark, written by hand on to the original photographic plate. I'd suggest asking the Space Telescope Science Institute who created DSS2, they can be contacted here via their archive helpdesk: https://stsci.service-now.com/mast
The colour background (HiPS) in ESASky was created by the Strasboug astronomical Data Center (CDS) by combining the three DSS2 filters in the red, blue and infrared. I downloaded a cutout of the three original images and you can see that the affect only appears in the red DSS2 image (downloaded from here https://archive.eso.org/dss/dss) :

Please find the research performed by some of our software engineers looking into the problem: After some research, we have concluded the issue with the upper icons hidden only appears in Safari v15.4 and 15.5 (working in v15.2). It was a known bug in iOS and Safari, reported by many users and affecting not only ESASky, but also many other web applications. Fortunately, Apple have already fixed it in v15.6, which has just been released.
Therefore, if / when you update your Safari to the latest version, everything should work as expected. Let us know if there are still issues.
